What FundNest is
FundNest evaluates startup applications against a published rubric, the Nest Score, and may introduce a founder directly to an investor. That is the whole of the service.
What FundNest is not
- We do not process payments or hold funds.
- We do not issue, sell, broker or solicit securities.
- We do not make a public offer or invitation to invest.
- No transaction is executed on this platform.
- Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and a score is not a valuation or a recommendation.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the company you apply on behalf of. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and accuracy
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us permission to store and process it so we can evaluate your application, and to share it with an investor only where you have given the separate investor-sharing consent.
You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Applications containing materially false information may be rejected or removed.
Evaluation and outcomes
Scoring follows the published rubric, and evaluation may also involve human review. We do not guarantee an introduction, an interview, funding, or any particular outcome or timeframe. We may decline or close an application at our discretion.
Confidentiality
We treat application material as confidential and limit access to those who need it to evaluate your application. We are not able to accept unilateral non-disclosure terms attached to a submission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the platform, submit malicious files, scrape it, or impersonate another person or company.
Availability and liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis and may be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost funding opportunities.
Termination
You can stop using FundNest and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice, including your rights under India’s DPDP Act.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [[JURISDICTION / CITY — TO BE CONFIRMED]] having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version above changes when we do.
